Q: Why is the minimum order 10 carton?
A: Wire Fence Stapler specializes in bulk orders. Staplers and tools can be ordered in quantities of one, but staples have a minimum of 10 packs.
Q: How are the staples shipped?
A: All staples are shipped by common freight carriers on a pallet.
Q: How long does it take from order placement to receiving my order?
A: Typically from 1 to 3 weeks. Although ship times cannot be guaranteed for multiple reasons, we do everything we can to ensure your order is shipped as soon as possible.
Q: Do I need a forklift or loading dock to receive my order?
A: No. Please select “Lift Gate Service” when placing your order. This allows us to inform the carrier of a residential or non-commercial delivery.
Q: Do I need to be at the delivery address when the order arrives?
A: Someone will need to be there to receive the pallet. The carrier will have the phone number you supplied on your order form. If your order requires lift gate service, a call ahead should be made by the carrier one day in advance to arrange a delivery time.
Q: How much does a pallet of staples weigh?
A: The heaviest pallet weighs around 2,500 LBS. To estimate the weight of your order, multiply the number of cartons you are ordering by 20, then add another 50 Lbs. This will give you a good ball park estimate.
Q: What if there is an issue with my order?
A: First, take a photo of the pallet before and after unpacking. Many questions can be answered with the photos and are very helpful.
A: If your order arrives with the wrong quantity, contact us within 24 hours. We will need to determine if the pallet was packed incorrectly or cartons were lost in transit. Either way, we will send you any missing cartons.
A: If your order arrives with the wrong staples (Such as you ordered 1 ½” staples and you received 1 ¾”), please verify your order against the staple cartons and contact us.

Q: Is there a warranty on the staplers?
A: Yes. StockAde has a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please visit ctstoolrepairs.com to initiate a warranty claim.
Q: Do you ship outside the USA?
A: Yes, however you will need to contact us to place an order. Additional freight costs will be applied and you will likely have import duties as well.
